Youth Volunteer & Engagement Programs

We have seen what happens when a young man's time after school is left wide open - trouble finds him faster than opportunity. Our Youth Volunteer & Engagement Programs are designed to change that story by filling those hours with structure, service, and growth.

Through our After-School Programs, young men receive academic support, mentorship, and a safe place to decompress and refocus. Educational help is paired with Enrichment Activities that stretch creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving outside the classroom.

We do not stop there. Youth Volunteer Programs and Volunteer Mobilization place them on the front lines of community service, where they experience the impact of their work in real time. In Youth Leadership Forums and Positive Lifestyle Workshops, they learn how healthy choices, discipline, and civic responsibility turn ordinary volunteers into emerging leaders. Over time, participants build a track record of service, improved grades, stronger relationships, and growing confidence. Instead of drifting, they move through their weeks with purpose, surrounded by peers and mentors who expect them to rise - and give them the tools to do it.
