We have sat with young men who work hard at whatever job they can find, yet feel like they are running in place. Job Readiness & Career Coaching is where we slow that rush down and help them build a path instead of just chasing a paycheck.

In our Job Readiness Programs, we do more than tweak resumes. We teach how to tell a true story of growth on paper and in person. Participants learn how to complete applications correctly, prepare for interviews, handle tough questions, and follow up with professionalism. We run mock interviews, give honest feedback, and show them how to walk into a room with quiet confidence.

From there, our coaching goes deeper. Together we explore different career paths, training options, and industries that match their strengths and values. We talk about workplace expectations, how to handle conflict on the job, and how to build a reputation that opens doors. Many of the men we serve are the first in their families to step into certain fields. We stand beside them in that transition, connecting them to opportunities and holding them accountable to the standards they set for themselves. The goal is not simply to help them find work - it is to help them build a career that supports their future households and their role as leaders in the community.
