Over the years, we have seen ideas born on street corners and in barbershops grow into real businesses once a young man received the right guidance. Our Small Business Support is designed for exactly that moment - when vision is present, but structure is missing.

We sit down with aspiring entrepreneurs and help them sort through the details that often stop good ideas from moving forward. Together, we clarify what problem their business solves, who they serve, and how they will operate day to day. We walk through simple budgeting, pricing, and start-up costs so they can see clearly what it takes to launch and sustain their effort.

Participants gain access to mentors who have run businesses themselves, not just studied them. These mentors share real lessons about contracts, customer service, setbacks, and staying committed when money is tight. We point brothers to resources - licensing information, local supports, and basic tools - that keep them from making avoidable mistakes. Some will build full-time companies, others will create solid side businesses. In either case, our measure of success is the same: a young man who understands ownership, operates with integrity, and uses his enterprise to strengthen his household and community, not just his pockets.
